Inspiring® Return Policy

2. This Return Policy is provided by Euron Connect AS (“Euron Connect”, “we” or “us”), the owner of the Inspiring® brand. It outlines the terms and conditions for returning your Inspiring® Smart Ring or another physical device bought from us (the “Inspiring® Device”). We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase and offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the Inspiring® Device must be in the same condition you received it: unworn (no signs of wear or damage), unused (no signs of wear or damage), with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@inspiring.no. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your Inspiring® Device, please inspect it carefully. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will quickly evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized order
  • Gift cards 
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

For any questions about specific items, please contact us before initiating a return.

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your Inspiring® Device, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

7. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the EU or EEA, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. 

During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason. To qualify, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, please contact our support team at support@inspiring.no. Be sure to attach the completed cooling-off scheme, which you can access here in: Norwegian or English.

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Refund Process:

  1. Return the product to the address provided above within 14 days from the day you submitted the cancellation notice.
  2. The product must be in the same condition as when received.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we have offered to cover them.
  4. We will refund the amount you paid for the product within 14 days after we have received the item or documentation that it has been sent.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
